+ FORK REBUILD & OIL CHANGE

ForkRebuild

We completely disassemble your forks and valve stack, clean all components, and refill the forks with new suspension fluid set to the proper height. All rebuilds will be upgraded with new, current settings at no additional charge if already tuned by 707 Suspension.

Rebuild Price DOES NOT include new fork seals, bushings, springs, oil, 3-stage tube polish, or other repairs.

+ FORK RE-VALVE

ForkRevalve

We completely disassemble forks, clean and inspect all components. We resurface pistons and install a new custom valving stack tailored to your skill, riding terrain, and weight. Spring preload is set for terrain and we refill your forks with new oil to proper height. Re-valve includes rebuild service.

Re-valve Price DOES NOT include new fork seals, bushings, springs, oil, 3-stage tube polish, or other repairs.

+ 3-STAGE FORK TUBE POLISH

Polish

3-stage micro polish removes minor imperfections, burs, and burns, leaving your fork tubes with a low-friction finish that prolongs seal & bushing life as well as adding low-friction performance.

We highly recommend this add-on for EVERY fork rebuild and re-valve.

All WP shocks get bled on our Shock Vacuum Bleeding System, assuring a perfect shock bleed with no cavitation.

Rebuild Price includes nitrogen and complete inspection. Rebuild Price DOES NOT include new shock seals, bushings, locknut, spring, oil, or other repairs.

+ MXT Lucky System

LuckyKit

The MXT Lucky System features the Huck Valve high and low speed sensitive bottoming control. Lucky forks average 3 pounds lighter than stock forks. As a result of being among the lightest in class, they deliver excellent feel, positive steering response, and increased traction. New adjusters were added to simplify tuning for the rider. Finally, attention was given to better-machined bearings and pressurized seal surfaces to reduce friction.
